Head of Operations :
Location:Gurgaon
Experience: 2 to 4 years experience in HR processes with a good knowledge of HR functions (referably an MBA in HR)
 
» Candidate must possess the following skills
• Should have the ability to understand and comprehend the client’s HR process and ensure that the team understands and
   comprehends the deliverables.
• Should be focused on Client delivery and maintenance of SLAs and guidelines by managing the operational deliverables in
   terms of targets including quality targets for a specific (sub) process on a day-to-day basis.
• Should be able to allocate resources optimally on a daily basis in order to achieve defined targets.
• Should be able to effectively interface (even onsite, if required) and communicate with the client on a regular basis OR should
   be able to maintain an operational relationship with appropriate client managers in order to resolve operational issues.
• Should be able to effectively communicate and explain processes to his / her delivery team.
• Should be able to identify areas of improvement in the process based on gaps in quality and delivery.
• Should be able to continuously train and develop the team members so as to enhance performance of the team.
 
» Important competency requirements include
• Problem solving ability, strong analytical & time management skills , organizational skills and an eye for detail
• Should be able to multi task.
• Ability to lead a medium sized team of 8 to 10.
• Adept at handling multiple computer applications.
• Strong PC skills (MS-Project, Word, Excel, Power Point, Windows, etc.).

Technical Recruiter :
Location - Gurgaon, USA
We seek a supremely talented Recruiters to support the explosive growth in a hot market in an exciting industry with a wealth of opportunity for creativity, autonomy, and challenge. This position will recruit for creative, user experience and strategy professionals such as; art directors, creative directors, designers and artists.

You'll assume responsibility for the entire recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing to offer, with nary a bureaucratic red tape in sight. Your internal "clients' are a down-to-earth, responsive, a friendly group of folks. You'll recruit star agency talent with expertise in creative, strategy, user experience design, and others.

You'll be entrusted with a fine degree of responsibility in strategizing and refining the recruitment practice, including employment branding, candidate assessment and selection tools, and more. The Recruiter will work collaboratively with the Human Resources Manager, hiring managers, and executives under the direction of the Operations leader to support Talentberg's organizational, business, and human capital objectives.

Business Development Manager :
Location - Gurgaon, United States (US)
The Business Development/Sales Manager will be responsible for growing clients and developing new business by utilizing a consultative sales approach.
• Business development through client development.
• Account Management and business closures.
• Client relationship management.
• The BDM will have access to significant back end support.
• US Staffing Experience a MUST. (Please do not apply if you don't posses any relevant experience)
